Her previous positions at Pact Zambia and Zambia Airports Corporation Limited have equipped her with robust skills in operations, logistics, and vendor management.
Njavwa Theressa Bwalya

Thresa Njavwa Bwalya is the Founder of Limitless Foundation and a Gender and Environmental Sustainability Specialist advancing women’s and children’s rights, SRHR, climate justice, and social accountability in Zambia. Her work focuses on amplifying the voices of women, youth, and marginalized communities in policy and practice.
She has led impactful programmes on menstrual health, rights-based advocacy, and climate-resilient livelihoods, contributing to national progress, including advocacy for free sanitary pads in schools. Thresa has also engaged in regional and global initiatives such as VCA and mining governance advocacy.
She holds an MSc in Environmental Policy Planning from the American University of Beirut and is an experienced speaker on international platforms, committed to driving inclusive and sustainable development.
Bertha Mwelwa
( Poverty Alleviation Officer)
Bertha Mwelwa is a dedicated Gender and Poverty Alleviation Advocate with a strong passion for advancing gender justice, addressing menstrual poverty, and tackling systemic poverty in vulnerable communities. She actively champions inclusive policies that empower both young women and men, while promoting sustainable, community-driven solutions that support the well-being of children and women
Bertha leverages digital platforms and social media to amplify her advocacy, raise awareness, and engage wider audiences on critical social issues. Her work is rooted in a commitment to equity, dignity, and long-term social transformation.
She is currently a third-year student at the University of Zambia, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies. Bertha serves as the Poverty Alleviation Officer at Limitless Foundation, where she contributes to youth-led initiatives addressing climate change, menstrual health, and poverty through advocacy and community engagement.
Chisoni Banda
( Climate Action Programmes Officer)
Chisoni Banda is a dedicated Social Worker and an award-winning Environmental Protection Activist, currently serving as the Climate Action Programmes Officer at Limitless Foundation. As a co-founder of the Youth Tourism Association of Zambia and the lead coordinator for Youth Dialogue on SDG, Chisoni brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role.
His extensive background in social work and environmental advocacy equips him with the skills necessary to excel at Limitless Foundation. Chisoni's unwavering enthusiasm for protecting Mother Nature and the Earth drives his commitment to climate action initiatives. Peace Nsofwa Kafula is a dedicated and passionate finance professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Currently serving as the Finance Officer at Limitless Foundation, Peace has a profound appreciation for the intricacies of numbers, particularly in the realm of financial mathematics. Gladys Katope
(Finance Admin)
Gladys Katope serves as the Finance Admin at the Limitless Foundation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Business Administration from the University of Zambia. Her professional journey began as an intern statistician at the Zambia Statistical Agency, where she honed her analytical skills. Currently, she is also employed as a loan officer at Umodzi Microfinance.
Gladys' diverse experiences in both statistical analysis and microfinance have equipped her with a strong foundation in financial management and business administration. She is passionate about leveraging these skills to support the Limitless Foundation's mission and contribute to various initiatives aimed at empowering communities and promoting sustainable development.
Noah Mkandawire
(Resource Mobilization officer)
Noah Mkandawire is a qualified Accountant with four years of experience in Non-Governmental Organizations and the Motor Industry. He holds a ZICA Diploma in Accounting from Evelyn Hone (2017-2020) and He also holds a CPD Certificate. He is currently working as an Accounts Assistant at Nissan Zambia.
Noah is also serves as Resource Mobilization officer at Limitless Foundation.In this role, he strategizes and implements fundraising activities, builds partnerships with donors and stakeholders, and manages grant applications to support the foundation's programs and initiatives. His efforts are crucial in ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization and enabling its mission to alleviate poverty and support vulnerable communities
Damiano Musakanya Mwaba

Damiano Musakanya Mwaba is a seasoned professional with expertise in production and operations management. He serves as Managing Director of Dusa Print and Programmes Manager at Lifo. Damiano holds a degree in Production and Operations Management from Copperbelt University and certifications in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Business Risk Management from University of Zambia.
