Thresa Njavwa Bwalya is a visionary leader and social entrepreneur with a BSc in Wood Science and Technology from Copperbelt University and over 5 years of project management experience. As the Women's Rights Lead at Zambia Alliance of Women and SlowFood County Coordinator, she has led impactful initiatives in sustainable development and gender equality. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences at the American University of Beirut.
Certified as a Women Land Rights Facilitator under USAID and skilled in Monitoring and Evaluation, Thresa ensures measurable impact and accountability. Otilia Chanda
( Poverty Alleviation Officer)
Otilia Chanda is a dedicated professional with a career in banking, currently serving as a Finance Administrator at Izwe Zambia. In addition to her financial expertise, she is a Poverty Alleviation Officer at Limitless Foundation, where she channels her passion for helping others.
A devout Christian, Otilia is known for her attentiveness, care, and love for people. Her commitment to mentorship stems from a deep desire to see others grow and improve daily.
Beyond her professional life, Otilia is an avid cook and baker, proudly founding Oti’s Cakes and Treats. She also dedicates her time to serving as a Sunday School Teacher at her home church, Mount Zion Christian Center.

Gladys Katope

Gladys Katope serves as the Finance Admin at the Limitless Foundation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Business Administration from the University of Zambia. Her professional journey began as an intern statistician at the Zambia Statistical Agency, where she honed her analytical skills. Currently, she is also employed as a loan officer at Umodzi Microfinance.
Gladys' diverse experiences in both statistical analysis and microfinance have equipped her with a strong foundation in financial management and business administration. She is passionate about leveraging these skills to support the Limitless Foundation's mission and contribute to various initiatives aimed at empowering communities and promoting sustainable development.
Noah Mkandawire
(Resource Mobilization officer)
Noah Mkandawire is a qualified Accountant with four years of experience in Non-Governmental Organizations and the Motor Industry. He holds a ZICA Diploma in Accounting from Evelyn Hone (2017-2020) and He also holds a CPD Certificate. He is currently working as an Accounts Assistant at Nissan Zambia.
Noah is also serves as Resource Mobilization officer at Limitless Foundation.In this role, he strategizes and implements fundraising activities, builds partnerships with donors and stakeholders, and manages grant applications to support the foundation's programs and initiatives. His efforts are crucial in ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization and enabling its mission to alleviate poverty and support vulnerable communities
Damiano Musakanya Mwaba
